I had never actually heard the Feederz until a few days ago.
I remember the name, probably from ads in MRR back in the 80's, but never heard them. I can only compare them to FEAR, though they do not sound like FEAR. No, they are like FEAR in the way that they are one of the most offensive of punk bands; you either "get it" or you are offended.
Ever Feel Like Killing Your Boss, the debut;

and the newest: Vandalism: Beautiful As a Rock in a Cops Face.

The original Feederz album is one of my all time faves.It reminds me most of the first DK album, before a dogmatic left-wing ideology became the overall motif.
Just a rabid contempt for society in general.
It's sandpaper cover is destroying the albums on either side of it, exactly as it was designed to do.
Also, check out the inserted cartoon, 'Sodomized Again'.
The heavy Guy DeBord influence is evident throughout.
I never heard any later Feederz, but singer Frank Discussion has a hilarious interview in ReSearch's 'Pranks'.

I hold that Frankenchrist is the best DK album; though I love the earlier albums, Fresh Fruit had more filler. I don't think their outlook changed much the style fluctuated. Jello Biafra did, but that was after the breakup and the trial.This is the Feederz site, but there are many broken links. Frank Discussion worked for Microsoft for many years between Teachers in Space and Rock in a Cop's Face.
