Remember, the best weapon against an enemy is to understand them. To best understand them you must know their fears.
The German Nazis feared people who were different than them would control them, taking their land away from them. They also feared that some other country would think they were better than them. It was not so much a superiority complex as it was a fear of inferiority.
The French are afraid of bad food, which they define as food without rich sauces. This is why the greatest modern folk hero in France is the farmer who strikes out against McDonalds. Also, they are afraid transnational corporations will destroy their leisurely lunches and long vacations, a fear that is not without basis.
The British are afraid that their once mighty empire will be viewed with derision and mockery by the nations they used to control. They will not show their fear, however. They choose to combat fear by suppressing it. Stiff upper lip, old chap.
The Israelis are afraid it might happen again and they will fuckin' kill you first way before that happens. Shoot you, mow you down with a bulldozer, starve you.
Note: for safety's sake, steer clear of all the mideast states. I think it's that sun that beats down so relentlessly. I mean, the Jews who live in other countries never run bulldozers over young girls. Never. It doesn't even occur to them. So remember, it's a state thing and not a cultural predisposition. Kind of like China.
The Canadians fear they will be mistaken for Americans, when the Canadians are friendlier and enjoy a better health care system. This is aided by the American arrogance of referring to themselves as "Americans" when they live in "The United States."
Canadians and Mexicans are also "Americans." However, "United Statesian" sounds stupid. For the poor choice of a name, everybody suffers. I mean, those states aren't even united. Many of them hate one another. Go on, visit some. They all hate the neighboring states. The name for the people of the neighboring state is generally a term of derision. Go on, just look at them down there.
The Americans are afraid that people who are different from them will control them and take their land. This is not without some basis, as a quick look at history shows this is how they got their land in the first place. They also have a fear that some other country will think they are better than them. Such countries are hated for their "arrogance." After all, Americans know their country is the best, and those other countries that fail to admit this are just asking for trouble.
