Charles Smith crossed Wal-Mart with “holocaust” creating "walocaust.com" and associated design.
Wal-Mart called out their brown-shirts, the Wal-Lawyers. They threatened to goose-step Smith into court "for infringing and diluting its trademarks*" namely, mass murder and genocide.
They demand the name "walocaust.com" be transfered to them so they may use it regarding their "final corporate solution."
One issue: the smiley face, a non-trademarkable public domain image, which WallyWorld calls its own.
Smith is suing the Wal-Reich now; a response to their strong arm/blitzkrieg legal tactics.

* What Wal-Mart is saying here is, essentially, that in the public eye it is reasonable that Wal-Mart be easily associated with Nazi Germany, The holocaust, work camps, etc.
- Yes, that's what they are arguing.
It is refreshing that a large corporation such as WM can be brutally honest about their agenda.
